In the exotically appointed Saffron Restaurant, chef Darren Stewart creates exquisite world cuisine with an African twist. Locally sourced seafood features prominently, alongside traditional South African dishes. A special Chef’s Table in the kitchen caters for up 6 guests who can enjoy dining in situ.

The sun-splashed Orchid Room with its sea view is the setting for breakfasts and afternoon teas. It’s a calm space to relax during the day too – reading, playing board games or gazing out to sea through the antique telescope.
