The Topkapı Palace is a large palace in Istanbul, Turkey, that was the primary residence of the Ottoman Sultans for approximately 400 years of their 624-year reign.
Gülhane Sur Cafe, set on a historic cobblestone street between Hagia Sophia and Topkapı Palace, is an excellent place to take a break from sightseeing—the two stone walls on either side of the street are as scenic as this small cafe gets. Trying out the local ‘nargile’ (also known as ‘shisha’ and ‘hookah’) at Gülhane Sur Cafe – the local Hookah Bar.
