There really is nothing sexier than soft flutters of thick long lashes above your pretty eyes. So it’s no wonder there are so many products to lengthen, volumise or curl your lashes. So I wanted to show what a difference each brush can have so next time you want to try a new mascara you don’t feel like a teenager in the skincare department.
Rimmel Sexy Curves Mascara
With it’s 3 curved plastic wand you could get mascara on the outer and inner lashes without messing on your skin, do not put too much as it may get chunky and this brush cannot brush through all the clumped mascara. I loved spidery long lashes that it created, this would look great with a smokey eye look.
2True Voluptulash Waterproof Mascara
The bristle brush gives a more natural look as it coats individual last. I would say this is an okay every day mascara as it’s easy to sweep on and it doesn’t grab a lot of attention but it can clump easily if you dont let it dry before the second and third coat.
Essence Maximum Definition Volume Mascara
I like this plastic brush wand for lifting the lashes up from their roots so they give it s sexy curl. I like to use this mascara when I do a cat eye flick so then my lashes are thicker and have a cute curve.
Clarins Instant Definition Mascara
I really liked the twin brush, it was a little tricky to figure out but the brush gives a natural look and the plastic nib can reach the edges without messing and can add bulk to the root of the lashes. This is all round great mascara but then again that’s why you would spend so much more for it, but it’s definitely worth it.
Essence Get Big Lashes Waterproof Mascara
I found that the more coats I put on, the longer the lashes seem to get and because it’s a bristle brush it keeps a natural look and doesn’t get too chunky. I love to use just 2 coats for a day look and then add on another 2 coats for night so my lashes look really thick and long.
Maybelline Colossal Cat Eyes Volume Express Mascara
I love the curve brush as it fits perfectly around the eye so you can get a good grip on the lashes and brush through it once without one area clumping from too much brushing. This was so easy to use and gave amazing long thick lashes that I think it was a good buy, but be warned if you do not let the mascara set it can easily clump.
