So last Thursday Sunglass Hut hosted a pop up shop to launch their latest collection of stunning sunnies, like the Ornate Dolce & Gabbana and retro Prada’s.
Now don’t get me wrong I love a crowded room full of fashion people, waitors carrying trays of elegant canapes and a glorious bar lite up with an oh-so-sinful glow but …but… alright there was no but just mine having a fabulous time rocking out to Toya Delazy, yes I have her album and was singing to every line (Just another Proudly South African moment).
So it was a such a great vibe when they officially opened the pop-up shop to everyone, that I thought everyone was going to ‘act all cool’ because everyone who was anyone was there, but no, we all couldn’t contain ourselves and rushed to the shelves to (unvainly) stare at ourselves in the mirrors with all the brands that we all know about but sadly in SA rarely see (until Sunglass hut that is!)
As I said before it was a room full of stylish people, so I could not hold myself back when I spotted a bountiful amount of tropical flowers in the room, so ladies (and gents) if you havn’t got your tropical pieces yet, I suggest you do…all the cool kids are doing it!
