Beach Body Ready

WIN! WIN! WIN!

Alright the festive season is over and now the new diet is going well, but you know that Cape Town gets really hot in February so you might want to get back into your beach body… quick.

How about 20 minutes a week to a healthier, fitter you?

So we came across the BODYTEC concept which is based on personal fitness training with electro muscle stimulation (EMS). Bodytec is the first EMS studio in South Africa, it is a full body training exercise using impulse currents to reach deeper muscle layers. But don’t worry it’s not like a science experiment, you are attached to the machine which stimulates your muscles and better results are seen with low-impact exercises. Research shows that EMS training is up to 18 times more effective than conventional fitness training. 20 minutes with BODYTEC is as effective as 3 x 90 minutes workout in a gym!

Yes going to gym is good but honestly darl I definitely work harder when I have a trainer and I totally feel bad if I don’t go to a sesh, it’s almost a fitness cop. And with Bodytec you are guaranteed personal individualized training from R195 for a personal trainer. This Bodytec  gym is seriously an amazing deal.

But what is even more amazing is getting started…for free!

To be more proactive concerning my health, especially regarding healthy eating, changing my terrible sleeping habits(which make me eat more) and also packing lunch for work instead of buying it.

    • January 16, 2013 / 10:54 am

Yeah that’s a good resolution, making your own lunch makes such a big difference to your hips and pocket! Good Luck!
